Came in Monopoli to relax and have fun, this beautiful boutique hotel was reasonable base for doing it. Also, location was quiet, within walking distance of Centro Storico Monopoli.

The staff is super friendly and exceptionally nice, that's an advantage, The location is unbeatable and GOOD, in the middle of the city.

The hotel is situated in the central location in the middle of jackson. Every staff member is amicable and helpful and strives to meet your needs.

The room is a little small.

We had a great stay at Suite1212 in Monopoli! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Old Town. The staff was friendly and helpful, showing us how to use the spa tub, espresso machine, wine refrigerator, and breakfast terrace. They were always available for questions and recommendations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed. The complimentary bottles of water and breakfast voucher for a nearby cafe were a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was brand-new, personnel was super-friendly and amazingly nice. Thoroughly enjoyed the suite with the bathroom, the bedroom plus a dining table I was given.

Extremely helpful and very very helpful staff is the reason I would love to return. The hotel is a decent base for a trip in Monopoli. Absolutely perfect location in the middle of jackson, you can walk everywhere. And it's just next door to cafeteria. The breakfast is served in the terrace!

The staff is always available to recommend the best restaurants and guided tours. The breakfast on the terrace is amazing. The rooms have free WiFi and the massage on specific points of the foot is a delight.

Oh, and let's not forget the double staircase workout! So much fun going up and down every time.

The hotel is located just a few minutes from the historical center, making it convenient for exploring the city. One downside is that the air conditioning in the rooms is not very effective and can be quite noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep.
